パトリック・マッケオウン氏 (アイルランド Buteyko呼吸法の伝道師) も毎晩、口にテープを貼り、鼻で呼吸するようにしているんですね。
“His passionate belief in the power of nose breathing led him to abandon a corporate job in Dublin 20 years ago and pursue a breathing method that was changing his life.
